Customer service representative

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Customer Service/Inside Sales position (entry level position) that requires a well-organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities while dealing effectively with vital information.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Order processing (placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges), quoting, customer service including answering product questions and suggesting information about product alternatives, along with answering telephones, responding to email inquiries, filing, and other general duties as requested.
