26 year old family run and stable staffed (most employees have stayed 20+ years) French Bistro in Chicago seeks trained chef excited to run a kitchen presenting fine dining executions of Bistro classics as well as to create new French Bistro inspired dishes that speak to contemporary palates and dietary restrictions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
